City opens a new Academy in Uruguay

The Football City Group, which owns several clubs around the world, including Manchester City, has presented its new Academy in Uruguay.

The City Football Academy of Montevideo is the fourth infrastructure of this style of the City Football Group around the world after those built in Manchester (United Kingdom), Melbourne (Australia) and New York (United States).

The Montevideo City Football Academy is a unique facility in Uruguayan professional football. The new sports complex is the new headquarters of both the men's and women's first team, the six teams of training categories, as well as houses the offices of the club's administrative staff.

The modern Academy is located in the City of the Coast, very close to the Montevideo International Airport. It has 95,000 square meters that include five soccer fields and a multipurpose building with changing rooms, gym, medical center, dining room and club offices.
