The former vice mayor of Madrid is devastated after the death of her 43-year-old brother. It happened this afternoon after being shot at from a hit-and-run car in the Madrid district of Fuencarral-El Pardo.
The homicide took place around 12:30 this Tuesday on the Fuencarral-El Pardo highway, near the Montecarmelo neighborhood. This is reported by Cadena SER, which states that the deceased man is the brother of Begoña Villacís.
As police sources have informed EFE, Homicide Group V of the Madrid Police Headquarters has taken over the investigation of the events, the circumstances of which are currently unknown. They are also trying to find the alleged perpetrator of the homicide, who has fled in a car.
