The socialist leader has been named President of the Government with the absolute majority of Congress (179 votes in favor and 171 against) thanks to the support of the deputies of the PSOE, Sumar, ERC, Junts, Bildu, PNV, BNG and CC, and the rejection of the PP, Vox and UPN.
