Bautista surpasses his premiere in Halle and Martínez says goodbye in London

The Spanish tennis player Roberto Bautista qualified this Tuesday for the round of 16 of the Halle tournament, of the ATP 500 category that is played on grass, after the withdrawal of his rival, the Hungarian Martin Fucsovics, when he had already won the first set, while the also Spanish Pedro Martínez said goodbye to London at the first change.

In Germany, Bautista made his placid debut in a very comfortable game that ended with a 6-2, 3-0 win. Up to three ‘breaks’ in the first round were essential to put the match on track and compromise the Hungarian tennis player. It was then that Fucsovics raised his hand and opted to retire after 46 minutes of play.
