Barça misses its first points in the 2022/23 F League

1-1 for the Catalans on their visit to Sevilla in a postponed match

MADRID, 10 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –

FC Barcelona tied this Wednesday in their visit to Sevilla FC (1-1), in a match postponed from matchday 26 of the Finetwork Liga F, in what also meant the first slip for the culés during a 2022 league season /23 that was being pristine.

With some relaxation and starting players less common for Jonatan Giráldez, by virtue of his already consummated status as champion, Barça saved this inconsequential tie in the final minutes of the game on the pitch of the Jesús Navas Stadium.

The local team took the lead thanks to the work of Cristina Martín-Prieto in the 53rd minute, thanks to a counterattack started by Arola Aparicio from the right wing after a ball steal in the defensive zone. On the edge of the offside, Martín-Prieto turned his back on the central defenders and defined with a low shot.

The final 1-1 was scored by Ana-Maria Crnogorcevic in the 80th minute, finishing off a commotion in the rival area from below at the exit of a corner. In addition, Alexia Putellas played the last half hour, to continue in this way in her complete set-up after a severe knee injury.

On the horizon for Putellas, as for all her teammates, there is only the Champions League final that they will play on June 3 (4:00 p.m.) against Wolfsburg. Not surprisingly, they recently conquered the F League, where they now accumulate 82 of the 84 possible points.
