The dressmaker Francis Montesinos has been arrested by the Civil Guard accused of allegedly having sexually assaulted a minor under 15 years of age. Montesinos had been investigated for the sexual abuse that took place last year in his house located in the Valencian town of Llídia. The arrest occurred after those responsible for the investigation viewed a video with which the young man tried to extort money from the prestigious couturier.
The Civil Guard managed to view the images and identify the victim, of North African origin, and collect his statements, after which the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office took charge of the investigation, aided by a team from the Civil Guard judicial brigade, to determine the scope of the crime and protect the abused minor.
