Arrested a rugby player accused of abusing two women in Hernani

A player of the rugby club of Hernani, who plays in Honor Division, has been arrested on charges of two alleged crimes of sexual abuse about two women early Sunday morning in a bar in this town, the Basque Department of Security has confirmed.
