Argentine Nicolás Arreche, suspended for corruption

The Argentine tennis player Nicolás Arreche, number 612 in the world, was immediately suspended for corruption by Richard McLaren, independent official of the Anticorruption Hearing (AHO), waiting for the charges against him to be studied.

Arreche's provisional suspension was related to an ongoing investigation by the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) on alleged infractions of the Tennis Anti-Corruption Program (TACP). “With immediate effect, you are prohibited from competing or attending any tennis event organized by the governing bodies of this sport,” the ITIA said in a statement.
