The Competition Committee imposed the closure of five games in the south stand Mario Kempes

MADRID, 25 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Appeals Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) agreed this Thursday to “disallow the request for precautionary suspension” requested by Valencia CF regarding the five closing matches in one of the stands of the Mestalla Stadium, as a result of the incidents last Sunday against Real Madrid for the insults to Vinícius Jr.

Thus, Appeal left “open the possibility that Valencia file” before this same federative body an appeal against the resolution of the Competition Committee that had meant said sanction. Yes, he agreed to the ‘che’ request to send him “the entire file” (which would only be so in the sense indicated in this resolution), having already anticipated and produced it.

Against this resolution to reject the precautionary measure, Appeal recalled that another appeal may be filed before the Administrative Court of Sport (TAD) “within 15 business days, counting from the day after the notification is received.”
