MADRID, 16 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Permanent Commission of the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sports has agreed to propose four very serious sanctions for a “violent” Athletic Club fan and “member of a radical group.”

As indicated by the Ministry of the Interior, Anti-Violence requests for this “identified” individual three very serious sanctions of 60,001 euros each and a ban on access to any sports venue for a period of two years “for breaking the ban on access to the sports venues that were in force due to another serious sanction previously committed during the celebration of a football match”.

The Anti-Violence Commission recalls that the Law against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport includes as a “very serious violation the violation of the sanctions imposed regarding violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport.”

In addition, it also proposes a 40,000 euro fine to Deportivo Alavés for not removing from the sports venue all those mentions that, in the form of murals, graffiti and stickers, promote the radical and violent group 'Iraultza 1921', whose members have committed numerous infractions contrary to the legislation.

In this sense, the organization stressed to the Vitorian club that “any type of support, coverage, provision of infrastructure or any type of resources to a group or group of followers of a club is prohibited, regardless of whether or not they have legal personality, Whether or not it is formalized as a club or association, if it does not appear, the aforementioned group, its activities and those responsible in the Registry Book and whether it has ever committed infractions classified in this Law 19/2007” and which has already been proposed for sanctioned on 11 previous occasions for supporting or promoting this ultra group.

In addition, he also requests a 10,000 euro fine from Atlético de Madrid
due to deficiencies in the control measures and the permanence of spectators during the training open to the public that took place on December 30 at the Cívitas Metropolitano in which numerous flares were introduced and activated without the club taking the appropriate measures for the cessation immediate of these events. Anti-violence pointed out that the mattress team has already been proposed for sanction for similar events in recent seasons.
