Anti-violence: € 4,000 penalty for the spontaneous from Mallorca

The Permanent Commission of the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sport continues its work after the break due to the state of alarm. In this sense, according to CSD sources, files are still being resolved prior to the health crisis caused by COVID-19. In addition to penalties for clubs that included regulations, Antiviolencia proposes 4,000 penalties for the spontaneous from Mallorca.

The statement reads as follows:

“The Commission has proposed a series of sanctions, the most important of which are listed below, corresponding to matches held in February and March:

– Proposed sanction of 33,000 euros to Atlético de Madrid due to deficiencies in the control measures of permanence and eviction of spectators.

– Proposal for a penalty of 30,000 euros to CA Osasuna due to deficiencies in the control measures for access and permanence of spectators and also for the occupation of escape routes.

– Proposal for a penalty of 20,000 euros to Rayo Vallecano due to deficiencies in spectator access control measures and allowing the display of banners.

– Proposal for a penalty of 3,250 euros to CF Fuenlabrada due to deficiencies in the control measures of access and permanence of spectators.

On the other hand, the Commission has proposed for sanction the fan who took the field at RCD Mallorca- FC Barcelona with a fine of € 4,000 and prohibition of access to sports venues for a period of 6 months, and RCD Mallorca with € 20,000 for said events.
