Anderson or C.J. Stroud will still not be able to train in Texas.

Will Anderson, an edge rusher, and C.J. Stroud, a quarterback, did not play last Sunday. They also did not show up to their minute practice of the week on Thursday.

There was a report earlier this week that Stroud would be out on Sunday because of a concussion, and his extended absence from the game hasn’t changed that. Anderson hurt his ankle and doesn’t look like he’ll be able to play against the Browns.

The Texans will not have seven players in their Week 15 game against the Tennessee Titans.

Two of them are defensive end Will Anderson Jr. and rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud. Anderson hurt his hip and will miss the initial match of the season because of it. Stroud will miss because of a concussion.

As well as Malik Willis at quarterback, Kyle Phillips at receiver, Josh Whyle at tight end, Jeffrey Simmons on defense, Travis Gipson along with Cale Murphy at linebacker, and Mike Brown at defensive back.

The win also puts more pressure on the Houston Texans, who need to beat the Tennessee Titans upon Sunday to stay in touch with both Jacksonville along with Indianapolis. They are currently 7-6.

If the Texans win, that they will play the Colts again in Week 18. Still, if Houston lost to Tennessee, they would have a lot less room for error when it comes to their playoff chances.

Fairbairn hurt his quad in November or was put on injured list as a result. He made six of eight field goals and ten of eleven extra points in five contests for Houston. He kicked a long field goal in 45 yards out.

On Sunday, the Houston Texans will try to stay in the AFC playoff picture without their top wide receiver, another top rookie, and their rookie the quarterback position, C.J. Stroud.

The Texans didn’t count on C.J. Stroud on Friday because he hadn’t practiced all week and couldn’t pass the concussion procedure.

Stroud was the No. 2 overall pick. Their third-round pick, defensive back Will Anderson, was also ruled out.

Nico Collins, a wide receiver who has caught the ball for 1,004 yards this season, was not allowed to play on Sunday, though.

He wasn’t sure about playing because he hurt his leg. They also didn’t bring in offensive tackle George Tant, who had been doubtful because his hip was hurt.

He didn’t go on the trip with the Texans.Davis Mills was going to make his first start of the season.

Ryans, a first-year coach, chose the veteran Case Keenum instead. It was Keenum’s first start since the last week of the 2021 season, when he led Cleveland into a win throughout Cincinnati.

Nico Collins (wide receiver) returned to practice in a limited way after hurting his calf. However, Will Anderson Jr. (ankle) or Blake Cashman (linebacker) did not. Aaron Wilson of KPRC2 says that neither Anderson neither Cashman are likely to play.

Quarterback C.J. Stroud didn’t practice again after getting hit in the head. Reports say it’s not likely that Stroud will be able to play this week towards the Cleveland Browns after healing from his injury.

A offensive lineman hurt his knee, Shaq Mason hurt his calf, and George Fant hurt his hip. All three of them train. It was a full participant for Tunsil and Fant and a restricted participant for Mason.

Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud didn’t practice on Thursday, so it’s not likely that he will be able to play to Sunday’s game against Titans after going through the concussion protocol.

While his brain heals from being hit by Bombers defensive lineman Quinnen Williams, Stroud is not at the Texans’ training center. Williams’ hit caused the rookie’s helmet to bounce off the ground.

Mills says that Stroud hasn’t spent much time in the building because he is still in the process. “He’s still complying with protocol, so he hasn’t been in the building too much,” Mills told KPRC’s Aaron Wilson about Stroud.

The only thing that changed for the Texans at practice was that left tackle Laremy Tunsil (knee) return to full activity after missing work on Wednesday.
