Almería wants to celebrate promotion at home and Eibar will play pending Valladolid

MADRID, 19 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Almería will seek promotion this Saturday directly to the Santander League against Alcorcón, a team that has already been relegated to the First RFEF, in a match that will be played at the Mediterranean Games stadium and where it does not depend on anyone, while Eibar will the same at the expense of Real Valladolid on the penultimate day of Second.

Rubi’s team has all the ballots to celebrate the ascent this Saturday in front of their public and after an outstanding final sprint. The Andalusians only need a victory without depending on another result or carom. His rival, who will try to spoil the party, only plays for honor in these last two days.

For its part, Eibar plays against Tenerife in Ipurua, where it shows unquestionable reliability, and will seek the same objective as Almería, although this time it will depend on Valladolid. A victory for the gunsmiths and a defeat or draw for the pucelanos would lead to the return of the rojiblancos to the First Division.

Opposite will be a Tenerife that will want to get up from the romp suffered against Malaga and thus consolidate its ‘playoff’ position. In fact, everything that is added -depending on the rest of the pursuers- could mean qualifying for promotion to the Santander League.

However, Eibar not only depends on beating ‘Tete’, but will be keeping an eye on Pucela. Valladolid will not give its arm to twist in a final that has been choking for some days but to which it arrives with options to achieve -still- that direct ticket. Those from Pacheta cannot fail in their visit to Paco Jémez’s Ibiza.

In addition, in the rest of the unified day, the Ponferradina will rush their playoff options against a Leganés that does not play anything, while Las Palmas -with the same goal- receives at home an Oviedo that is willing to do anything in this championship final. The Asturians are fifth and do not want to give their pursuers a chance.
