Alavés extends the contract of forward Unai Ropero until June 2028

Deportivo Alavés announced this Tuesday that it has reached an agreement with forward Unai Ropero, currently in the ranks of the 'babazorro' reserve team, for the signing of a contract for the next four seasons, until June 30, 2028.

The 22-year-old player from Vitoria arrived at Vitoria as a youth player and since then the club considers him one of its “most promising” players. Currently, the captain of Alavés 'B' is the top scorer in Group II of the Second RFEF with 10 goals and the first team coach, Luis García Plaza, has already called him up for the LaLiga EA Sports duels against Athletic Club and the UD Las Palmas, the latter in which he played a few minutes in what was his second match in the elite after making his debut in the last one against Cádiz of the 2021-2022 season.
