The Spanish taekwondo player Adriana Cerezo insisted this Monday that “it is important not to settle” and “always give a little more”, when she enters the final stretch for Paris 2024, warning that “when you are among the best, the differences are so minimal “You have to be very focused.”

“I need to feel comfortable to know that I'm fine. I like to start training and feel like I'm at my best.
