A member of Real Sociedad died this Wednesday after being evacuated from the Reale Arena in the minutes prior to the start of the duel against Mallorca, according to the Basque team.
“We regret the death of the txuri urdin member who was evacuated before the start of today’s match. Today’s victory is for you,” Real wrote on its Twitter account.
The LaLiga Santander matchday 10 match was delayed at its scheduled time of 8:00 p.m. because medical assistance had to take action in the stands.
“The clash has been delayed a few minutes due to a fan who has had to be treated by medical assistance,” the Real reported in the first instance, later lamenting the death of the partner.
