Kristin Juszczyk gets a licensing deal with the NFL shortly after Taylor Swift and several other stars wear pieces by 49ers WAG.
The NFL said to Sportico that the fashion designer, who is married to 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk, had a licensing deal, but they wouldn’t say how much it was worth.
Kristin has been permitted to use NFL marks in both men’s and women’s clothing designs. This is because many celebrities, including Taylor Swift, donned her custom puffer jackets and other “KJ creations” to NFL games this season.
Kristin hasn’t said anything about the news yet as of Tuesday. She will be 30 years old when the Chiefs play the 49ers in the Super Bowl 2024 on February 11, 2024, in Las Vegas.
As of now, the 49ers WAG has made custom clothes for Brittany Mahomes, who is married to Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Niners wide receiver Deebo Samuel along with Brandon Aiyuk, actor Taylor Lautner, as well as Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, who is married to Packers safety Jonathan Owens.
In early October, Kristin got a lot of attention on social media when Swift wore one of her custom puffer jackets for the Chiefs-Dolphins wild-card game in Kansas City.
Kristin had recently told The Post that she wanted to make her art into a business, which was almost three weeks before this.
The NFL told NBC News that Kristin Juszczyk has a licensing deal with them after making a custom puffer jacket for pop star Taylor Swift.
Brittany Mahomes, Swift’s pal and fellow WAG, wore a jacket that was almost the same as the one made by Juszczyk, but it had Patrick Mahomes’ moniker and the number 15 on it.
Kyle Juszczyk, who is married to Taylor Swift and plays fullback for the San Francisco 49ers, made Kristin Juszczyk famous after Swift wore one of her jackets to boyfriend Travis Kelce’s game on January 13.
Yesterday, Swift wore a typical puffer jacket with Kelce’s name and No. 87 on the back. It was cold, so she had to bundle up. Before the game, it was -4 degrees, which is the fourth coolest game in NFL history.
This season, Olympian Simone Biles, actor Taylor Lautner, and Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson have all been seen wearing her coats.
Kyle Juszczyk is openly supportive of the unique clothes his wife wears. When he walked out for the Jan. 20 game, he made a subtle nod toward his partner by imitating scissors. Kristin Juszczyk does the same thing at the start of many of her social media videos.
“She’s an absolute star!” Kyle Juszczyk tweeted after Swift wore the jacket. He has also told many people on social media who are praising Swift’s jacket that the work was done by his wife.
They got married in 2019 and met in Baltimore, Maryland, where they both lived. That time, Kyle Juszczyk played football for the Baltimore Ravens and Kristin Juszczyk was wrapping up school.
This month at a Kansas City Chiefs game, Kristin Juszczyk went viral following Taylor Swift or Brittany Mahomes wearing matching puffer jackets that she designed. It looks like the Taylor Effect has happened again.
Page Six Style has been told by NFL representatives that the team has signed a licensing agreement with the designer. This is similar to what Sportico first reported.
Julie Juszczyk, 29, is married to Kyle Juszczyk, a fullback for the San Francisco 49ers. She signed a deal with the NFL for an undisclosed sum that lets her use NFL logos in her designs.
People went crazy for Swift, 34, and Mahomes, 28, who wore Kristin’s custom red puffers to the Chiefs’ game against the Miami Dolphins on January 13.
Swift is dating Chiefs defensive end Travis Kelce, 34, and Mahomes is married to Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, 28.
Brittany wore her husband’s number 15, or their last name was written on the coat. The “Cruel Summer” singer wore her boyfriend’s name and number, 87, on her jacket.
Another article in Sportico says that Kristin’s Instagram followers went up “more than 1,476% from last season” after the pop star wore the puffer coat. This brought a lot of attention to the 49er’s wife.
