The Bosnian forward of Real Madrid, Dzanan Musa, was named this Saturday MVP of matchday 19 of the Regular Phase of the Euroleague 2023-2024, after scoring 40 points and signing a rating of 45 points in this Friday's match against the Anadolu Efes, as announced by the competition in a statement.
The Bosnian led the whites to their 17th victory in the competition this season after four overtimes, 130-126 against the Turkish team. Musa completed a record-breaking performance, with the highest score (40) by a Real Madrid player in the competition, shattering the previous record of 33 goals held by Luka Doncic and Facu Campazzo.
The forward scored 13 of 15 two-point shots, 2 of 5 triples and 8 of 11 free throws, and added 2 rebounds, 8 assists, 1 steal and 7 fouls to his score for a score of 45 points, the second best mark in the history of Real Madrid.
