Letizia skips protocol out of pure flirtation and retouches her makeup in the middle of the event

This Wednesday, the queen presided over the event organized by the BBVA Microfinance Foundation on innovation as a key to combating digital poverty, under the motto ‘Technology to close gaps. Creating without limits’. An ideal occasion to show off an ‘executive’ look with which she has captured all eyes at the Palace of the Marquis of Salamanca in Madrid, where she has also starred in a fun anecdote by revealing her most flirtatious side.

It is no secret that the queen likes to take care of herself and be perfect and although she leaves the palace perfectly groomed, she always carries her essentials in her bag to get a touch-up if she considers it necessary. We saw it in November 2021 during her state trip to Sweden, when her clutch fell to the floor and she revealed a lipstick, among other things. A lipstick is precisely what Mrs. Letizia took out this Wednesday to touch up in the middle of the event, while she was waiting for her turn sitting in the stalls. One more example of the naturalness and spontaneity that characterizes the queen.

It was the second departure of Mrs. Letizia this week, who already attended the opening of the Picasso exhibition at the Reina Sofía National Museum last Tuesday. On this occasion, the wife of Felipe VI has opted for a two-piece set, one of them for the first time. These are the pants, high-waisted, slightly flared straight cut and retro aesthetic with XXL pockets. They are signed by Hugo Boss, they are made of virgin wool and their price is 249 euros.

She has combined them by rescuing one of her favorite basic garments from her closet: a white blouse. This time, it is a Carolina Herrera model with puffed midi sleeves and a large bow.

Letizia has completed the outfit with earrings from the Gold&Roses brand, Jardín del Aire model, made of rose gold, diamonds and emeralds, whose price reaches 1,885 euros.
