Xavi's Al Sadd reaches its fourth final

Xavi Hernández is becoming the man of the Qatar finals. Not in vain since he made his debut on the Al Sadd bench in July of last year, the legendary Blaugrana player has reached four finals, the last this Saturday, after beating (1-4) Al Duhail in the semifinals of the Emir Cup. In the previous three finals he reached, he took the title to Doha, so right now it has a 100% success rate in the big events.

This last game was also against one of his favorite victims, the current QSL champion, Al Duhail. To the team, coached by the Moroccan Walid Regragui, he already beat him twice last season in a direct tie: in the final of the Qatar Super Cup (1-0) and, precisely, in the final of the Emir Cup (4-1).

The third final that Xavi conquered was the final of the Ooredoo Cup, after beating Arabi 4-0, on October 10.

In the game this Saturday, Al Sadd had to row against the tide, after putting the rival ahead of the scoreboard in the 10th minute, with a goal from Emerson. In fact, the game ended 1-0 at halftime and Al Duhail promised them happy. But nevertheless, Xavi's team came out in a rush, in a spectacular second half, managing to turn the scoreboard in a spectacular way, thanks to the goals of Khoukhi (59 '), Guilherme (64'), Bounedjah (77 ') and Tabata (88').
