Xavi Hernández does not want precipitation or impulsive decision making. Over the next few weeks, depending on the performance in training and games, he will evaluate the real state of the dressing room and then it will be time to act, in order to reinforce a squad that is clearly unbalanced.
He also wants to test several players from the subsidiary, aware that La Masia has to supply the deficiencies of the first team and be a systematic transmission channel at all levels. During these days he has already tested a total of fourteen homegrown players, between players from Barcelona B and Juvenil A.
