Now yes, Naomi Watts (55) and Billy Crudup (55) can now tell what their wedding was like. And although both actors got married last year, discreetly, in a New York court, this weekend they did so in a second ceremony in Mexico City. Of course, this time the deployment was greater.
This is confirmed in a video that the couple shared on Instagram and that Watts’ brother, Ben, published. “I’m making a video… But tomorrow I will upload the photographs. Family and friends and lots of fun: Naomi and Billy in Mexico City”, wrote. In the clip, the couple appear very happy and smiling inside a church.
The family and friends of both interpreters attended the wedding, among whom were several well-known faces, among them, Justin Theroux or one of the interpreter’s best friends, Nicole Kidman. Everyone saw Watts dressed in her long dress and Crudup in a suit. Along with them were the artist’s children, Kai and Sasha, shared with the actor Liev Schreiber. Also attending the event were William, the son the bride had with her other ex, Mary-Louise Parker; and Ruby, her boyfriend’s niece.
Last year the couple also announced that they had signed the papers to be husband and wife. The two uploaded photos and videos of this day to their social networks, and among the few companions at the intimate civil ceremony were professional colleagues such as Josh Hamilton (The Walking Dead) y Mark Ruffalo (The dream of my life). Everyone enjoyed a fantastic post-wedding party.
Watts and Crudup met on the set of the Netflix series Gypsy and they were seen together for the first time in 2017, when Page Six reported that they had been seen walking hand in hand through the streets of New York. It had been a year since the actress had announced her breakup with Schreiber.
Throughout his life, Billy has tried to stay away from the media eye. Of course, it should be said that he has maintained long-lasting relationships with such renowned actresses as Mary-Louise Parkerwith whom he has a child, or Claire Danes.
