The Spanish player Willy Hernangómez was inspired in attack to, from the bench, help the New Orleans Pelicans to win at home against the Philadelphia 76ers (116-127), while his brother Juancho Hernangómez barely played in the victory of his Toronto Raptors over Phoenix Suns (104-113).
Willy Hernangómez was the most outstanding of the Spanish players, with his 13 points and 4 rebounds in almost 17 minutes of play. A good offensive performance that allowed Zion Williamson to rest, the best interior of the Pelicans with 36 points.
Juancho Hernangómez had less contribution in the victory of the Raptors, with just 4:35 minutes on the track and a single rebound captured. For his part, center Serge Ibaka did not play in the Milwaukee Bucks’ victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves (114-123).
