Finally and after all that has been said and written about Valerithe rider’s transsexual lover Alvaro Escassi Muñoz (actually this is the order of their surnames) has already found the complaint that the Sevillian jockey filed against her and in which he is charged with threats and not extortion or blackmail, as had been repeatedly commented.
Escassi Muñoz filed the complaint in Madrid, alleging that after the encounter they had at his home in Madrid, Valerie had called him threatening to ask for a sum of money in exchange for not reporting their sexual encounter on television. According to the complaint, the Colombian woman asked him for money to help her sick father who was in Colombia. There is no documentary evidence to support this, except for those calls between the two.
For Valeri, finally knowing the content of this complaint shows that everything that had been said was only what Escassi Muñoz had wanted to say and that it does not correspond to what he considers to be a complaint of threats. Initially, Valeri hired the services of a well-known representative.
