Watford announced the dismissal of their coach, the Serbian Vladimir Ivic, who joined the team that plays in the second category of English football last August.
The club announced the dismissal of the Balkan coach hours after the defeat suffered against Huddersfield, on the twentieth day.
“Watford confirm the departure of coach Vladimir Ivic with immediate effect. The coaching staff will also leave Vicarage Road, ”the club announced on its website, thanking the coach for the work done.
“The Hornets thank Ivic and his staff for their efforts this season and wish them the best for future success elsewhere,” says the note from the entity that has dispensed with a coach it hired last August for a season with option to another.
Watford, who dropped from the Premier last season, are fifth in the Championship, in the promotion zone. In their last two games they drew against Brentford and lost to Huddersfield.
