The Valencia issued this Thursday almost at the same time that its general meeting of shareholders started a statement in which it threatens the possibility of taking legal action against those who reveal what has happened at the meeting, both during and after it.

“It is totally forbidden to use all or part of the audio, video or reveal what happened during the assembly publicly, both during and after its celebration. Valencia CFSAD reserves to take legal action in this regard,” says the entity. It so happens that until a few years ago it was the club itself that regularly broadcast the shareholders’ meeting live.

In its statement, the entity recalled that only those who have 3,598 shares and not 9 as happened so far can attend the meeting, a measure on which there is a pending trial next March but that the head of Mercantile Court No. 1 does not wanted to suspend as a precautionary measure.

Among the people who will attend the meeting with their own or delegated actions are several representatives of the opposition groups to Peter Lim and also several journalists. The club has indicated that it will distribute its conclusions and certain information at the end of the meeting.
