Valencia-Estudiantes and Girona-Barça, outstanding matches in the LF Endesa Playoffs

MADRID, 16 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The LF Endesa closed its Regular League this Saturday with the full dispute of the 30th day, providing for the favorites Valencia Basket (1st) and Spar Girona (2nd) two qualifying rounds with cheating, respectively against Movistar Estudiantes (8th) and Barça CBS (7th ), in the quarterfinals of the Playoffs.

Thus, in this last day there were no changes among the first four classified, but a very different picture could well have been configured as the night unfolded. Valencia Basket had to work hard to replicate the good start of IDK Euskotren and certify their home field advantage in all title matches.

That path will see Casademont Zaragoza (4th) in the quarter-finals have a field advantage against Lointek Gernika (5th) and Perfumerías Avenida (3rd) do the same against Cadí La Seu (7th). Girona will close their double Catalan derby against Barça in Fontajau, while the leader will close their series by receiving ‘Estu’ in Valencia.

The one-way duels will be on April 20 and the tickets for the semifinals will be resolved three days later. The round of ‘semis’, with the same format, will be held on Thursday 27 and Sunday 30. The grand final for the title will be the best of three games between May 4 and 11.
