Valencia CF, champion of the XXXI Ascale National Tournament LALIGA FC FUTURES

Valencia CF beat Sevilla (3-0) this Sunday to become champion of the XXXI Ascale LALIGA FC FUTURES National Tournament, the title of the best junior tournament that it conquers for the second time.

Valencia and Sevilla beat Atlético de Madrid, on penalties, and Rayo Vallecano (3-2), to meet in the grand final, with Sergio Rodríguez’s goal to open the scoring. The ‘che’ team prevented the Andalusian reaction and closed their resounding victory.

The team led by Nacho Tarín has shown a great competitive level throughout the entire tournament in which they completed a great group stage, finishing undefeated and undefeated against Deportivo Alavés (4-0), Cádiz CF (1-0), RCD Mallorca (1-0) and Real Madrid (0-0).

Defensive solidity has been one of the keys for a Valencian team that also showed its offensive quality with players like Sergio Revert, Ferran Mut, David Ruiz and Sergio Rodríguez, designated as the best player of this edition of LaLigaFC Futures after scoring two goals in the final against Sevilla FC.
