On this occasion, Müller’s positive occurs in a week in which Bayern only has one game, which will be played on Saturday as a visitor against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga. The Bavarian team already played their Champions League round of 16 first leg match against Salzburg on Austrian soil last Wednesday (1-1). The return will take place on March 8.

No DFB Pokal due to elimination

Eliminated in the round of 16 of the DFB Pokal by Borussia M’gladbach (5-0), Bayern will also play only one game next week as the quarterfinals of this competition will be played on March 1 and 2.

Therefore, Julian Nagelsmann hopes to count on Müller again for the important match that will see Bundesliga leaders Bayern face third-placed Bayer Leverkusen at the Allianz Arena on March 5.
