The Spanish women’s soccer team began preparing this Monday for the matches against Italy and Switzerland, both at home, in the 2023-2024 Nations League and did so by receiving the encouragement and affection of the fans who came to the open training session at the Las Rozas Football City (Madrid).

The coach Montse Tomé designed a first work session at the federation facilities that lasted more than an hour and found respite from the weather, which encouraged fans to attend the call to see the world champions.

The fans, again very young and with many girls and boys in the stands, gave their warmth and encouragement to the internationals, especially to Jenni Hermoso, during her training, in which the Asturian coach was able to count on 22 players, 19 of field plus the three goalkeepers, among them Elene Lete who joined due to the loss of Enith Salon.

The women’s team will train again this Tuesday afternoon also starting at 7:00 p.m., while on Wednesday it will do so at 11:45 a.m. On Thursday he will leave for the Italian town of Salerno where on Friday he will face Italy at the Arechi Stadium at 5:45 p.m. After the match, he will return to Spain and plans to rest on Saturday to train in Ciudad del Fútbol on Sunday (12.15).
