The VAR prevents the triumph of Southampton against Fulham

Fulham and Southampton drew goalless in the match at Craven Cottage, on the fifteenth day of the Premier, and extended their respective losing streaks, without victories for several weeks.

The visiting team, however, ran into the VAR. He scored twice. The first in the 75th minute by Irishman Shane Long and another ten later, by Theo Walcott. In both cases, the review of the video refereeing prevented the goal from going up to the scoreboard for offside.

Scott Parker's team could not get out of the descent. He has not scored three points for five games and his four recent games ended in a draw. It is the second to last and is one from Brighton and two from Burnley, the closest to the relegation zone.
