The player of Real Zaragoza Daniel Lasure, that this Tuesday he renewed for the team for one season and was registered for the second round of League after having overcome a testicular tumor, he pointed out that he had imagined the moment to return “many times”.
The youth squad Royal Saragossa, who has been out of the field of play for about fifteen months, has said that first he wanted to overcome the disease and that he was only focused on that, on his life, but that later his dream was to get back on the pitch as soon as possible , especially the stadium The Romareda, something that he says makes him “specially excited”.
“I feel doubly excited after what I have had to live through. After overcoming the illness I was sure that I was going to come back and I am doubly excited because I am doing it at home. It is like living everything from scratch again. These are sensations that, although I have lived them, now I do it in a special way and trying to enjoy it to the fullest. I want to enjoy all these small victories”, he highlighted.
The winger explained that he is “fully recovered and available to the coaching staff” when required, although he has acknowledged that he may have a small physical disadvantage compared to the rest of his teammates.
The team has indicated that the latest results have not followed but that it is working well.
“Sometimes by working well, the results don’t come and they don’t transfer to the field. We are confident and wanting this work to shine and materialize in points”, he assured.
In this regard, Stain believes that it is not necessary to talk about long-term objectives but rather to go “day by day” and play each game “as if it were the last” and that the results achieved will determine the direction in which the team can go.
“We have to go to smaller things. Now we just have to think about beating Ibiza,” he stressed.
