The tests confirm Agüero's muscle breakage and he will be out for two months

In AS we already anticipated that there was a deep concern in the medical services after the first exploration of the internal twin of Kun Agüero's right leg. The doctors, before the tests, were already openly talking about a month off, so he would not return until mid-September, after the selection break, in the best of cases.

However, the tests he underwent this morning have not only confirmed the initial diagnosis but have made it worse. The Argentine striker suffers a tendon tear in the inner calf, which could leave him off the pitch for about eight weeks. That means that, in the best of cases, it would not return until the month of October.

Undoubtedly, a real setback for Agüero, especially since we are talking about a player with a very worrying injury history in recent years, where it has not finished leaving the loop at any time.

And it seems that here in Barcelona it is not going to do it either, although the truth is that the Blaugrana club is not the ideal ecosystem to achieve it today, with much discussed medical services, after a very unfortunate last season in terms of injuries, relapses and diagnostic errors.

Shield / Flag Barcelona

In any case, Kun has gotten off to a very bad start in his first year at Barcelona. Desolate and angry at the goodbye of his friend and compatriot Leo Messi, and seriously injured, without having played yet a minute in his new shirt.
