The Barcelona production company SAUVAGE.TV is responsible for the 'Ring of Fire' video, a 'teaser' for the “fight of the century” between the British boxer Tyson Fury and the Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk, a fight that will unify the world heavyweight belt on next May 18 in Saudi Arabia, according to a statement.
Ernest Desumbila, co-founder of SAUVAGE.TV, directed the video 'Ring of Fire' about the long-awaited duel between Fury and Usyk in Riyadh. The Spanish production company was responsible for creating, producing and post-producing an audiovisual piece shot at the Warner Studios in Madrid and Manchester and “at the height of the fight of the century in which VFX shines at the level of a great Hollywood production.”
The 'teaser' takes the viewer to some of the confrontations that marked history, from pirate boardings to gladiator fights, including Wild West duels, since the Fury-Usyk is considered “the duel of duels.” . In addition, the English actor Paul Anderson (Peaky Blinders) is the narrator of the story, along with the protagonists.
Ukrainian Usyk is the current world champion with the unified WBA (Super), IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight titles since 2021. Also holding the cruiserweight title from 2018 to 2019, he is the first champion of cruiserweight to hold all four major world titles.
For his part, the British Fury is the current champion of the World Boxing Council (WBC) and in 2015 he also became the unified heavyweight champion of WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO. Thus, the four most important belts in boxing are at stake.
