The son of Thebes defends himself and points to the CSD and the RFEF

Javier Tebas Llanas, legal adviser to Fuenlabrada and son of the president of LaLiga, has jumped in defense of the Madrid club after the controversy around the positives for Covid and that prevented the dispute of the match against Deportivo de La Coruña.

Thebes wanted to defend the 'Fuenla' criticism and points to other organizations such as the CSD or the RFEF, recalling that in Second B and Third, now immersed in the promotion playoffs, they have not been testing for a week.

“I have clients in the 3rd Division who will jump onto the lawn in a few hours having had a quick blood test on the finger of low reliability ONE WEEK ago,” Tebas Llanas began commenting on his Twitter account.

“Meanwhile, I am preparing resources in all instances for another client in the 2nd Division (Fuenlabrada), who carried out DAILY highly reliable PCRs, immediately isolating the positives and following the probably strictest protocol in Spain.”

The son of Thebes has highlighted the irony that the Federation does not do a PCR test and now he is the one who opens the file for the Madrid club, which did undergo all the tests. “The organizer of the 3rd Playoff in which the players travel tight and go out to risk their health without a test is the RFEF. The same body that at the same time initiates a disciplinary proceeding against a club of 2a that carries out daily PCR and follows LaLiga's instructions to the millimeter. ”

Fuenlabrada's legal adviser has also charged against the CSD. “All this insufficient and reckless protocol without test or security of the 3rd Division Playoff is also covered by the CSD. The same body that publicly accuses my 2nd Division client of putting players and public health at risk. Seeing is believing”.

“I am young, but in my entire career I have not experienced a more disproportionate, unfair, mean and – I have to say – highly suspicious situation”

“I am young, but in my entire career I have not experienced a more disproportionate, unfair, mean and – I have to say – highly suspicious situation,” added Tebas Llanas.

“No point goal in a ranking can ever justify criminalizing a group of people accidentally infected with a virus and scrupulously isolated as they have tested positive.”

“I hope nothing happens in the Third Playoffs. My clients have confessed to me that they don't dare to stand up. Playing is foolhardy, yes, but life as an institution is also at stake. ”

And finally, Tebas Llanas warns that “with respect to all those who, for miserable reasons, or simply drunkards of media hype, are persecuting and criminalizing CF Fuenlabrada. Know that you prick bone. We will get to the end. ”
