UEFA announced this Thursday the date on which the match between Scotland and Ukraine, postponed in its day due to the warlike conflict that is being experienced on Ukrainian soil. The clash corresponds to one of the European playoffs that must grant the last places to play the World Cup in Qatar.
The date announced by the highest organization of continental football is the June 1. The winner of that match will face Wales June 5. The winner of this last game will be the last representative of Europe in the final phase of the World Cup that will be played in Qatar from mid-November to mid-December next.
The team that obtains the passport in the resolution of this playoff will be drawn in Group B of the World Cup, along with England, Iran and the United States.
