The San Silvestre Vallecana opens this Tuesday inscriptions for the international test

Only runners with records of less than 39 minutes in men or 45 in women will be able to register for the ‘best 10k in the world’

MADRID, 17 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Registration for the Nationale-Nederlanden San Silvestre Vallecana Internacional opens this Tuesday, after a week of preferential period and another in which registration for the popular race is now open to everyone, the organizers report.

This test is intended for those runners who can certify a mark in a 10k of less than 39 minutes for men and 45 for women. As in previous years, it will also be possible to accredit time through half marathons or marathons.

The international race, which will start at 8:00 p.m., will have a maximum of 2,000 participants. The test route is similar to that of the popular one, starting on Concha Espina street, but ending, on this occasion, inside the Vallecas Stadium.

After only one week with open registrations, the Nationale-Nederlanden San Silvestre Vallecana Popular has already sold more than 15,000 of its registrations. Last week the first of the challenges was carried out with a virtual training of 5 kilometers and more experiences, challenges and events will be held soon, which only those registered for the ‘best 10k in the world’ will be able to access.
