The countdown begins for the arrival of the kings and their daughters in Mallorca. They will do it behind the emeritus, who will land on the island with her sister Irene de ella in a few days. Don Felipe and Doña Letizia will arrive separately, as it is expected that the monarch lands on the 27th while his wife, Leonor and Sofía will do it on the 29th. That same day the Copa del Rey de Vela kicks off, an unavoidable event for Felipe VI, who will visit the Real Club Náutico to greet the team and participate in some of the competition days throughout the first week of August.

She already did it last year, when the event honored the French actress Isabelle Huppert, to whom the queen, a great lover of the seventh art, presented the Masters of Cinema Award.
He august 3rd the traditional reception of the Balearic authorities by the kings will take place. This year the scenario of 2022, the Marivent gardens, is repeated, and the emeritus Doña Sofía is expected to accompany them.
They will also reserve a day to go on an excursion with their daughters, a tradition that they established a few years ago and with which they replaced the perches in the palace gardens. Last year they moved to La Cartuja de Valldemossa.
The arrival of the rest of the family is also expected on those days: the Infanta Elena with her children, Froilán and Victoria; and the Infanta Cristina with her family, Juan, Pablo, Miguel and Irene. The emeritus would have finally managed to gather all the Bourbons under the same roof (with the exception of King Juan Carlos) five years after her 80th birthday. That was the last time we could see the whole family together, at least publicly. It is unknown if in Mallorca they will be seen together on an outing or if, on the contrary, their meeting will only be indoors.
