The Movistar Team 2022 will have 29 cyclists and 8 new faces

The Movistar Team will have a total of 29 cyclists for the 2022 season, with eight new faces, after closing the continuity of Alejandro Valverde and the renewals, also at the last minute, of Imanol Erviti, Albert Torres, Lluís Mas and José Joaquín Rojas.

“The squad is closed with 29 cyclists, with 17 Spanish members and up to ten nationalities, which presents eight new faces for this new year,” the team reported.

The signings for the new year, being again the only Spanish team in the UCI WorldTour, are those of Alex Aranburu, Will Barta, Max Kanter, Oier Lazkano, Vinícius Rangel, Óscar Rodríguez, Iván Sosa and the return of Gorka Izagirre.
