The Messenger takes advantage of the second half to beat Mérida AD (1-0)

The Messenger added three points to his locker after getting a hard-fought victory against Mérida, which he beat 1-0 this Sunday at the Silvestre Carrillo. The Messenger wanted to improve their figures in the tournament after drawing 1-1 in the last duel played against Villanovense. Regarding the away team, Mérida AD won their last two games of the competition against San Fernando at home and Tamaraceite away from home, by 4-1 and 0-3 respectively and accumulated three straight wins in the competition. With this defeat, Mérida AD was in third position at the end of the match, while Messenger is fourteenth.
