The judge tightens the fence on the Al Thani

The Al Thani skirmishes may soon come to an end. The Sheikh and his sons Nasser, Nayef and Rakan have been hiding and avoiding declaring before the Court of Instruction number 14 of Malaga in relation to the process by which they are charged with the crimes of unfair administration, misappropriation and money laundering. The judge is gradually narrowing the siege on the still maximum shareholder of Malaga and his offspring, on whom He has been suspecting for months the possibility of issuing an arrest warrant. This order is very close to being produced.

Recently, the court has issued several reports in which it has declared the Al Thani solvent and has also asked for an opinion on the arrest warrant, as pointed out by ON, both to the Prosecutor’s Office and to all the parties involved in the judicial process led by the Association of Small Shareholders of Malaga and in which BlueBay, the Malaga City Council, Dumet Grayeb and Daniel Pastor also participate.
