The war between Quique Pina and Manuel Vizcaíno restartedto. Now Judge Pedraz has expelled Pina from the procedure to Cádiz as a private accusation of the Libero Operation, which began in 2018. After the investigations, the unblocking of the Murcian companies has been decreed and, now, he will “recover what was snatched” referring to to Manuel Vizcaíno, current president of the Yellow Submarine, whom he also accuses of having separated him from the entity.

Through the present and before the ruling received today, by the Investigating Court number 5 of the National Court (libero operation), in which the following is indicated:
The immediate expulsion of the Cádiz Club de Fútbol SAD from the proceedings, as a particular accusation given, which has been proven that the conduct investigated -in the training period- they have not harmed or affected, in any case, Cádiz Club de Fútbol SAD. Therefore, on the contrary, it is once again verified that the management of Calambur Intermediaciones SL, which was carried out through me, is considered lawful, fair and legitimate. Well, how could it be otherwise, everything I did was seeking the greatest benefit of the entity that I represented, as I have done throughout my successful sports career.
However, the President of the entity (Manuel Vizcaíno), a person who was my trust -abusing her-He took advantage of that moment to, using Cádiz Club de Fútbol SAD for his own benefit, to withdraw me from the management of the club, withdraw from it and even try to prevent me from entering the stadium. As I mentioned at the time, Mr. Vizcaíno uses the means that are not his (such as Cádiz CF) to try to harm and slander me, that if unsuccessfully.
With the order received today, which by no means ceases to be fair, it is reiterated once again, as has been done with so many who have carried out their work in the club impeccably (let me remind myself of Juan Carlos Cordero, Enrique Labrador…) and that they suffered the consequences of the caciquile excesses of those who lose their reason, that we were always in the power of the truth and that I will continue to fight to recover what belongs to us in justice.
