A week ago Sergio Rico he left the ICU thanks to his evolution after several days hospitalized for the accident he suffered in Huelva. This Sunday, the footballer has used his social networks to share his first words with his followers.
In his Instagram stories, Sergio has written: “I wanted to thank each and every one of the people who have shown me and sent their love in these difficult days. I continue working on my recovery that is getting better every day.”
The Sevillian goalkeeper has confessed that he feels “very lucky” for all the love he has received and, of course, the fundamental support he has had throughout these weeks from his family and his wife, Alba Silva.
“He is evolving by leaps and bounds and they are super happy with him. In addition, Sergio has given him a lot of impetus and a lot of strength and he is, as I always say, a champion,” Rico’s wife declared a few days ago about her husband’s evolution.
