The Copa del Rey 2021/22 will have its own docuseries on Prime Video: ‘La Copa de todos’

MADRID, 5 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) confirmed this Monday the new docuseries on Amazon Prime Video about the Copa del Rey 2021-22 won by Betis, which will be available globally from next September 21 with the title ‘La Copa of all’.

The docuseries, produced by the RFEF in collaboration with Telefónica Broadcast Services (TBS), will have three chapters in which, through characters and special moments, they will discover unpublished stories from the competition. “The only one in which a team from the sixth category of our football can eliminate one from the First Division,” explained the RFEF in a statement.

The three chapters of the documentary, prepared by the Royal Spanish Football Federation, in collaboration with Telefónica Broadcast Services, will revive the last edition, in which the Andalusian side won the Cup 17 years later after beating Valencia in the final played at La Cartuja (Seville).

“The documentary shows the most inclusive tournament where the most modest face the best in 90 minutes under equal conditions and where entire towns and cities are paralyzed to see their idols up close,” he added.

‘La Copa de todos’ is the fifth production of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, after the successful ‘Luis, the wise man of success’, ‘La quinta de la quinta’, ’10 years of our star’ and ‘The force of group’, all of them available on Prime Video.
