History repeats itself. The Copa del Rey Y Jose Juan as a hero. The charismatic goalkeeper of the Alcoyano, 41 years old, emerged this Tuesday as the main protagonist of his team’s triumph in qualifying for the third round of the Copa del Rey to the detriment of Levante. As happened last season, when it was key in the victory against Real Madrid, glory smiles again at the good of Jose Juan.
Specifically, on this occasion he stopped two shots in the penalty shootout in which Alcoyano beat the Levante. The first to Ashes, conditioning everything that happened next, and the fourth and last to Bardhi, to end the tie.
