Spanish center Serge Ibaka put on another good performance this morning with the Milwaukee Bucks, who overwhelmed the Chicago Bulls (126-98) to achieve their fifth consecutive win at the Fiserv Forum and settle at the top of the Eastern Conference.
Ibaka, involved in an altercation with Tristan Thompson in the fourth quarter that cost the Spaniard a technical foul, had 11 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists in just 12 minutes. Supported by a great night by Giannis Antetokounmpo (25 points, 17 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 blocks) and Jrue Holiday (27 points and 7 assists), the Bucks once again exhibited their power to beat the Bulls in low hours.
The Bulls were thrashed by the defending champions, who already had a 26-point lead in the second quarter. An exhibition to defend second place in the East, thanks to a choral and mature game, with up to seven players with at least 10 points. For his part, Montenegrin Nikola Vucevic was the best for Chicago with 22 points.
