The big house where Harry and Meghan filmed their documentary is sold: Megaset of 33 million

The Montecito mansion where the Prince Harry y Meghan Markel many of the scenes of the documentary broadcast by Netflix were shot, it has been put up for sale for 33 million dollars. The property, very close to where the Dukes of Sussex actually live, has reached a high price for having served as a mega-set for the controversial series Harry & Meghanand it has served to discover that many of the supposedly homemade scenes of the marriage were falsified in this large house rented for filming.

The house has an appearance very similar to that of the son of the King Charles III from England and his American wife, and has been used to film interviews with close friends of the couple, in which they recounted how the Duke and Duchess of Sussex lived through the continuous harassment of the British press.

The documentary began filming in 2020 and many scenes are shot inside Harry and Meghan’s real home. For this reason, it generates curiosity to know why everyday scenes were shot, such as when they appear talking sitting on a sofa, for example.

The real owner of the impressive house, built sustainably in 2006, is the entrepreneur and ecological activist Mark Schulhof. It is a Mediterranean-style property, measuring 1,200 square meters, with views of the sea and the mountains. It has six bedrooms, one of them equipped as a suite, and seven bathrooms. In addition, it has a gym, cinema room and swimming pool, among other luxurious equipment.

It also has a large living room with large windows, white furniture, chandeliers and a grand piano. It also has a large kitchen with a central island and large, very fashionable lamps, which is open to a dining room with leather sofas and a fireplace.

The house, one of the most luxurious in the area, also has colorful gardens, an orchard, a chicken coop and a guest house, which is why it closely resembles the original of the brother and sister-in-law of the Prince Guillermo. The house is still for sale for the moment for 31 million euros and is included in the Top Ten Real Estate Deals list for its spectacular nature.
