The ACB will observe a minute of silence for Pepe Domingo Castaño before the final of the Endesa Super Cup

The ACB will observe a minute of silence in memory of the presenter and sports radio announcer Pepe Domingo Castaño, who died this Sunday at the age of 80, before the start of the Endesa Super Cup final between Unicaja and Real Madrid this Sunday.

“The ACB will observe a minute of silence in memory of Pepe Domingo Castaño, one of the great communicators in the history of Spain, in the final of the Endesa Super Cup. The Association, on behalf of all its clubs, wants to convey its condolences to all family and friends, as well as his colleagues at COPE,” he said.

Pepe Domingo Castaño died “suddenly” at the age of 80 this Sunday morning in Madrid, confirmed the program Tiempo de Juegos on the COPE Network, in which he participated.

Unicaja and Real Madrid will face each other this Sunday (7:00 p.m.) for the title of the Endesa Super Cup 2023 at the Palacio de los Deportes in Murcia.
