Technicians and teams from the Rayo quarry denounce their situation

After a few atypical days for the first team of Rayo Vallecano which began with a bizarre attempt to travel to Miranda de Ebro, to play the LaLiga SmartBank match, in the middle of a nine-storm storm and ended with the dance of changes, of schedule and field, to play the Cup match against Elche , now it's up to the quarry. The technical bodies, national category women's teams and men's youth soccer teams from Benjamin B to Juvenil B of Rayo Vallecano issued a statement in which they made clear the “unsustainable” of the situation in which they work. This is the full statement that they released:

“We present in order to make clear our bewilderment and concern with the labor and sports situation that, to this day, we are experiencing, both the coaches and our respective technical teams and that we detail below: We understand that we are facing an atypical season due to the terrible health circumstances in which the country finds itself and, that is why we have been adapting and assuming each of the decisions that have been marked to us every day to be able to carry out our activity with the greatest control and safety possible. To the detriment of the above, there have already been many months in which the club's activity with the quarry teams began within the measures established by the different administrations. The teams' day-to-day runs as usual, training sessions, official matches and its corresponding planning and development; but the situation of the technical bodies has not been closed, nor so if that uiera have determined the labor and economic conditions of the different professionals who carry out the activity each day, and the remuneration corresponding to the work carried out all these months is also pending. We develop our activity with hardly any official clothing (the scarce clothing belongs to past seasons) both players and coaches; There are currently no medical or physiotherapy services and the figure of goalkeeping coach has been incorporated in recent days; In addition to having to work with the coaches' own material (obviously paid for by them). All these conditions make the situation begin to be unsustainable. We want to emphasize the great effort and professionalism of all colleagues, that despite how complicated it is to be able to perform our duties, at no time has it stopped working in the most professional manner possible. The coaches, together with their respective technical bodies that make up the various categories of Club Rayo Vallecano SAD, express our maximum disagreement with the situation of uncertainty that currently exists in the club and we request that this situation be regularized as soon as possible since this does not happen we will be forced to stop our functions “.
