As her 41st birthday was a few days ago, specifically on November 20, the Marquise de Griñón had a surprise party with a chocolate cake and candles on the seashore included. “Dream team. They had organized this surprise birthday celebration for me,” she wrote on Instagram along with a series of photos of her adventure.
